Delete your Sparkle Revolution account
You can permanently delete your Sparkle Revolution account and the information associated with it. You can complete the deletion directly in the app or contact us if you can no longer access your account.
Delete your account in the app
You can delete your account directly in the Sparkle Revolution app:
Manage Account → Manage Your Subscription → Delete Account
Follow the instructions shown in the app to confirm permanent account deletion.
Request account deletion
If you no longer have access to the Sparkle Revolution app, you may request deletion by emailing us.
To help us locate and verify your account, please include:
- Your first and last name
- The provider you use to sign in: Apple, Google, or email
- An email address where we can contact you if we need more information
- Your current day number, as displayed on the Sparkle Revolution Dashboard (if available)
If you use Sign in with Apple and selected Hide My Email, please include the Apple private relay email address associated with your Sparkle Revolution account, if available.
We may contact you for additional information to verify that you own the account. We will never ask for your Apple, Google, email, or Sparkle Revolution password.

What will be deleted
After we verify and process your request, we will permanently delete your Sparkle Revolution account and account-linked data, including:
- Your profile and account information
- Your saved activity responses and journal entries
- Your progress and completion history
- Your badges, gems, and other earned progress
- Your preferences and other information associated with your account
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Information that may be retained
We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or document that an account-deletion request was completed.
Purchase and payment records maintained by Apple, Google Play, or their payment providers are controlled by those providers and are subject to their own retention policies. Deleting your Sparkle Revolution account does not automatically cancel or refund a purchase or subscription.
